Development of Security Portfolio and Program Strategy

Purpose: Design and implement an Information Security Program to align with 3-year business strategy.

Information Security is a constantly evolving world, threat actors are always at work looking for gaps to exploit. In this situation, we were able to help an organization build a strategy to deliver projects which align with clear objectives.

After an evaluation of the current systems in use, the team was tasked with implementing the next evolution of security – with a focus on confidentiality, integrity and availability.

The challenge was accepted, and after the roadmap was delivered the client was successfully able to eliminate threats to the organization and promote security best practices reducing risk and helping to ensure the organizational objectives were met without impact.
